Educational material
The textile service industry is constantly seeking new ways of minimizing negative impacts on environment and maximizing positive contribution to the society.
The main objective of this project is to develop educational material focused on the following areas:
Environmental
Social
Governance
Regulations and standards within these three areas are already and will be even more in focus within the textile service industry over the coming years, to a large extent linked to the EU Strategy for Sustainable and Circular Textiles. Thus, the education aims at creating understanding and supporting workers within the industry, through increased awareness of how daily routines in the textile service industry have an impact on these areas, and how they can contribute to increased sustainability within the industry.
